Your download is a file to keep, not an app or subscription. Start by saving the original file somewhere you can find again. Then choose the guide that matches what you received.

Choose your file type

A single reflection PDF

This guide applies to Signal Cards, Three Moments, The Next Chapter, A Note for Us, The Threshold, Small Altars, and Keep What Matters.

  1. Save the PDF to a folder on your device. Keep one untouched copy.
  2. Open it in a PDF reader rather than an email preview.
  3. These are static PDF pages, not fillable form fields. To type on a page, use your reader's annotation or text-box tool. You can also print the pages and write by hand.
  4. Save a new copy after adding notes. Your PDF reader controls how annotations are stored.

Signal Cards — 21 Gentle Prompts

Choose one prompt. Write a sentence, speak it aloud, sit with it, or skip it. There is no required order and no need to complete the deck at once.

Three Moments — Reflection Guide

Begin with one specific moment. A fragment is enough. Add the other moments when you are ready, then notice the thread between them without forcing them to match.

The Next Chapter — Letter Kit

Start with the chapter you are actually in. Use the pages to name what feels complete, what remains, and what you want to make room for. You do not need certainty before you begin.

A Note for Us — Conversation Cards

Pick one question. Either person may pause or pass. Read the question aloud, then answer in the order that feels natural. The cards are invitations, not a scorecard or a substitute for care or professional support.

The Threshold — Decision Journal

Name the choice or transition first. Separate what you can verify from hopes, fears, and predictions. The journal gives the decision room; it does not make the decision for you.

Small Altars — 30 Days of Everyday Ritual

Choose only the invitations that feel welcome. You do not need to complete every day. Use ordinary things you already have; one small ritual may take less than a minute.

Keep What Matters — Memory Capsule Kit

Choose one season, person, place, or moment. Keep a few details on purpose rather than trying to document everything. Leave out anything that does not feel like yours to record.

The Next 90 Days planner ZIP

The ZIP contains a 133-page linked, undated planner, a separate 12-page US Letter print-essentials PDF, a START-HERE file, and a font-license file.

  1. Save and extract the ZIP. Keep the original ZIP and a blank copy of each PDF.
  2. Choose AMULINA-The-Next-90-Days-Linked-Planner-v1.pdf for on-screen use. Choose AMULINA-The-Next-90-Days-Print-Essentials-v1.pdf when you want the shorter print set.
  3. In the linked planner, start on page 2 and open the dashboard. Right-edge tabs, week cards, and day buttons are links. Some readers require read or navigation mode before links respond.
  4. Use your PDF app's pen or text-box tool. This is not an automatically saving app or a fillable AcroForm.
  5. Save and back up the annotated copy in the app you choose.

No app, stylus, cloud hosting, calendar sync, AI feature, or reminder service is included. Goodnotes, Notability, and native iPad import have not been device-verified, so test your chosen PDF workflow before relying on it.

Soft Margin font family ZIP

Soft Margin includes three original handwriting weights—Light, Regular, and Bold—as TTF desktop fonts and WOFF2 webfonts. It also includes a specimen and guide, an exact character list, a CSS example, a personal-use license, and an offline Type Studio.

Fastest route: use the offline studio

  1. Extract the ZIP.
  2. Open Soft-Margin-Type-Studio.html in a current desktop browser, not an email preview.
  3. Choose a format, weight, size, color, and background.
  4. Wait for the Ready message, then choose Download PNG.

The studio does not require a font installation, account, subscription, or internet connection. It does not autosave. Export your PNG before closing or reloading the page. Desktop Chrome on macOS is the tested browser path; other browsers and mobile devices have not been verified.

Install the font on a computer

  • On macOS, open the TTF file in Font Book and choose Install.
  • On Windows, use the system's font-file installation option.
  • Restart the font-capable app if the family does not appear.
  • Install TTF for desktop use. WOFF2 is a webfont, not a desktop installer.

Soft Margin supports ASCII letters, numbers, punctuation, and selected accented Latin characters. It does not support Chinese, Greek, or Cyrillic. Check supported-characters.txt for the exact map. Use the supplied Bold file instead of artificial bold styling.

Little Signals symbol kit ZIP

Little Signals contains 36 original symbol designs: one TTF symbol font, one WOFF2 webfont, 36 SVG vectors, and 108 transparent PNGs—the same 36 designs in Forest, Clay, and Ink. It also includes a specimen and keyboard guide, a keyboard map, a personal-use license, and an offline Sticker Studio.

Fastest route: use a PNG or SVG

  1. Extract the ZIP.
  2. Open png/forest, png/clay, or png/ink and choose an image. PNG files have transparent backgrounds.
  3. For scalable editing, open a file from the svg folder in an SVG-capable editor.

No font installation is needed for this route. A proprietary sticker-book or third-party app project file is not included.

Make a custom-color PNG

  1. Open Little-Signals-Sticker-Studio.html in a current desktop browser.
  2. Choose one of the 36 symbols, a preset or six-digit hex color, and 512 or 1024 pixels.
  3. Choose Download PNG. The checkerboard is only a transparency preview; it is not part of the exported image.

The studio does not autosave. Desktop Chrome on macOS is the tested browser path; other browsers and mobile devices have not been verified.

Type a symbol with the font

Install AMULINALittleSignals-Regular.ttf, select AMULINA Little Signals in a font-capable app, then type A–Z or 0–9. Lowercase a–z are aliases for A–Z. This is a symbol font, not a normal alphabet. Keep readable text beside important icons; do not use symbols as a replacement for meaningful accessible labels.

Pocket Chapter wallpaper studio ZIP

The ZIP contains a self-contained offline wallpaper studio, a START-HERE guide, the palette and composition reference, a personal-use license, and three fictional example wallpapers.

  1. Save and extract the complete ZIP on a desktop computer. Keep all included files together.
  2. Open Pocket-Chapter-Studio.html in a current version of Chrome or Edge. Desktop Chrome on macOS is the tested path.
  3. Replace the fictional sample with one intention, three priorities, and an optional date.
  4. Choose a color story and composition, then select Export phone wallpaper PNG.
  5. Move pocket-chapter-wallpaper.png to your phone using your usual private file-transfer method, then set it with your phone's wallpaper controls.

The studio has no account, analytics, network request, cloud save, or automatic upload, and it does not save entries after the tab closes. Direct local-file use on iPhone or iPad has not been tested. Wallpaper cropping varies by device and settings. Personal, noncommercial use only; read LICENSE.txt before sharing an output.

Tonight, Together activity studio ZIP

The ZIP contains a self-contained offline activity and invitation studio, a START-HERE guide, a personal-use license, and three fictional example invitations.

  1. Save and extract the complete ZIP on a desktop computer. Keep all included files together.
  2. Open Tonight-Together-Studio.html in a current version of Chrome or Edge. Desktop Chrome on macOS is the tested path.
  3. Filter the 24 activities by 15, 30, or 60 minutes, at home or outdoors, and preparation time. Read the materials, three steps, and lower-pressure option.
  4. Select an activity or choose Use a completely custom activity, then edit the two names, time, note, and color story.
  5. Select Download invitation PNG. The exported image is 1080 × 1350 pixels.

Typed names, time, notes, and custom activity stay in the open browser tab. The studio has no account, analytics, network request, browser storage, or cloud save; refreshing or closing the tab clears edits unless you exported the image. Direct local-file use on iPhone or iPad has not been tested. Activity times are estimates, and you remain responsible for consent, safety, accessibility, weather, food needs, lawful media access, and local rules.

The PNG is personal stationery, not a ticket, coupon, gift card, contract, or redeemable voucher. It has no monetary value. Personal, noncommercial use only; read LICENSE.txt for the complete terms.

Fix a common opening problem

The ZIP opens in a preview but I cannot use the files

Save the ZIP to your device first, then extract it. Do not rename the file extension. Open the extracted PDF, TTF, PNG, SVG, or HTML file in an app that supports that file type.

I cannot type into a PDF field

The included PDF pages are static rather than fillable form fields. Use an annotation or text-box tool in your PDF reader, or print the page and write by hand.

The offline studio reset my work

The studios do not autosave. Recreate the design, wait for the Ready message, and download the PNG before closing or reloading the page. A PNG is a flattened image and does not keep editable text or studio settings.

My installed font is missing from an app

Confirm that you extracted the ZIP and installed the TTF—not the WOFF2 file. Restart the app, then look for AMULINA Soft Margin or AMULINA Little Signals. Compatibility with every app or device is not guaranteed.

I need more help

Use the AMULINA Contact page. Include:

  • the product name and exact filename;
  • your device, operating system, browser, or app version;
  • the exact error message or what happened;
  • for an order issue only, your order number and the email used at checkout.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, CVV codes, government identification, a complete download link, or private journal text.

A note about use

These are digital files; no physical item, shipping, tracking, device, app, font manager, stylus, or cloud service is included. The reflection products are creative tools, not therapy, diagnosis, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice, and they do not promise a particular result.

Soft Margin and Little Signals are personal, noncommercial editions. Read the license inside each ZIP before using or sharing an output. The offline studios do not expand those permissions.
